Please be advised that Government Gazette No. 54718, Vol. 731, dated 22 May 2026, which includes the document titled Engineering Profession Act, 46 of 2000: Call for comments contains an error with the due date for submission of comments.
The submission date is hereby amended to 05 July 2026.
The Engineering Council of South Africa apologises for the oversight and for any inconvenience it may have caused.
The correct version of the Notice is provided below and should replace the erroneous version in the gazetted document.
